INDUSTRIAL GRADES

LITHIUM BASE EXTREME PRESSURE GREASE (SUNOL LITHEX EP) -

SUNOL Lithex EP greases are premium quality lithium based extreme pressure grease meeting IS:7623/1993 (EP Type) and IPSS:1-09-005. It has excellent shear stability, high structural stability under high loads and temperatures and good protection against rust and corrosion. It posses excellent dispensing properties at a wide variety of temperatures ensuring trouble free lubrication with centralized lubrication systems. These greases are recommended for the lubrication of both plain and anti-friction bearings of earth moving equipments & HEMM, gear couplings, mining equipments and general industrial equipments.

LITHIUM BASE GREASE (SUNOL LITHEX ) -

SUNOL Lithex greases are premium quality lithium based multipurpose industrial greases meeting IS:7623/1993 and IPSS:1-09-006. These grades are manufactured from High Viscosity Index selected base stocks and have high oxidation stability, good water resistance, high anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties and excellent structural stability. These grades have a wide range of use in anti friction bearings and plain bearing of Steel Plants, Engineering units, textile mills, jute mills, paper mills, cement plants etc. It can be used upto reasonably high temperatures of 140°C.

CALCIUM BASE EXTREME PRESSURE GREASE (SUNOL LIMEX EP ) -

SUNOL  Limex EP greases are calcium soap base grease which have been fortified with EP additives. It has excellent water wash out properties and water repellant nature and has been specially developed where water ingress cannot be avoided. It is recommended for use in plain and anti friction bearings where temperature does not rise above 70° C. It also provides good protection against corrosion. SUNOL Limex Ep greases meets IS:11637-86 and IPSS:1-09-009. This grade is also ideally suited for centralized lubrication systems.

CALCIUM BASE GREASE (SUNOL LIMEX ) -

SUNOL  Limex greases are calcium soap base grease which can be used in anti-friction bearings which operate in presence of moisture and water. This grease has good structural stability and prevents corrosion of bearings.

GRAPHITE GREASE (SUNOL GRAPHITE GREASE 508) -

SUNOL Graphite Grease is a lime base grease with added graphite powder to provide good resistance to water. It is recommended for lubrication of rough or worn out parts and also as a release agent where very high temperature is encountered.  It can also be used in plain and roller bearings operating under wet conditions and under pressure. SUNOL Graphite Grease meets the requirements of IS:508-93.

CUP GREASE (SUNOL YELLOW CUP GREASE) -

SUNOL  Yellow cup grease are calcium base greases having smooth structure and pale yellow colour. These greases have good water resistance and can be used in plain bearings operating under moderate to low temperatures and where churning and vibrations are not excessive. They are also recommended for general purpose lubrication. SUNOL Yellow Cup greases meets IS:506-93 and grade 3 meets IS:507-93 for general purpose grease.

LITHIUM COMPLEX GREASE (SUNOL LITHEX H) -

SUNOL Lithex H grades are premium quality lithium complex high temperature grease which are recommended where bearings are operating under high temperatures and pressures. These greases are manufactured from high quality base oils to provide excellent structure and has anti-rust, anti- corrosion and anti-weld properties. These greases are recommended for centralized lubrication systems of steel plants where bearings are operating under high temperature and pressure and also sponge iron units.

NON SOAP BASE GREASE (SUNOL LITHEX HT-XX) -

SUNOL  Lithex HT-XX are non-soap base greases suitable for use in lubrication of machine parts operating under high temperature conditions.  Lithex HT-XX grades are also available with MoS2 dispersion which can be used in lubrication of areas operating under heavy load conditions. Special anti-wear and anti-oxidants ensure full protection to lubricated parts. They can be used in anti-friction bearings operating under temperatures from 120°C to 250 °C. Areas of application for these greases are billet feeding bearings, sintering plants, cement plants, soot blowers of power plants, overhead cranes under heavy pressure etc.

MOLY GREASE (SUNOL MOLEX) -

SUNOL Molex greases are premium quality lithium base grease compounded with finely dispersed molybdenum di-sulphide. MoS2 is a very effective solid lubricant and hence it gives excellent protection to moving parts under very severe shock loads conditions. It also has water resistance properties and its solid lubricant reduces friction between sliding surfaces.

COLD NECK BLOCK GREASE -

Calcium Based block grease which is recommended for lubrication of rail and open gears.

HARD LOCO GREASE

Soda Base block grease used for lubricating rod ends of steam locomotives.
